The onboarding flow was structured into smaller, guided steps to reduce friction during setup. Verification, profile completion, and billing readiness were introduced progressively to make a sensitive healthcare workflow feel clearer and easier to complete.





Consultation recording was structured to support quick documentation without interrupting the overall workflow. This helped physicians capture important details efficiently while keeping the experience clear, consistent, and operationally useful.




The search experience was designed for speed, scanability, and fast decision-making. Filtering and specialist discovery were simplified so physicians could quickly find the right contact in time-sensitive situations.



Billing was integrated into the core consultation workflow to reduce friction and simplify operational follow-up. Keeping billing actions within the same structured experience improved status visibility and likely reduced administrative effort while supporting more consistent billing completion.
